The Big Bear City Community Services District (BBCCSD, or the District) provides wastewater collection to an approximately 11.5‐square mile service area which includes Big Bear City and the Sugarloaf, Moonridge, and Erwin Lake communities. This updated Sewer Master Plan (SMP) was prepared by Water Systems Consulting, Inc. (WSC) to aid the District in planning for future growth and ongoing maintenance of the collection system. This SMP identifies capacity constrained sewer mains, assesses lift station conditions and provides a prioritized list of recommended capital improvement projects spanning out to Fiscal Year 2035.
